1. Put the auxiliary beam of the movable beam on the central column and drop to the bottom.

2. Install the central support part on the top of the central concrete column, align the level and the center with the anchor bolts, and fix it with 1:2 cement mortar.

3. The installation rail part shall be based on the installed central support part to correct and fix the rail. The track is composed of multiple sections to form a circle, and each joint is connected by an inner and an outer arc-shaped plate. The arc of the track will always be deformed during manufacturing and transportation. It should be corrected and fixed at the working position along the cement pool during installation. During construction, the level and center distance should be checked at the same time to make them meet the requirements at the same time. Then fix it with anchor wire and pre-embedded iron. The anchor wire is poured with 1:2 cement mortar. Re-check the level and center distance, and check along the circumference of the center line of the track. The level error is not more than 1mm, and the center distance error is not more than 5mm. After meeting the requirements, weld the arc-shaped connecting plate.

4. Install the movable beam part

(1) Align the symmetrical center line of the sub-beam with the two hanging shafts of the central support part.

(2) Install the triangular tail section of the movable beam, put the two lifting lugs on the two lifting shafts, install the retaining ring and the positioning sleeve, and tighten the positioning screws. Use the backing plate to support the tail of the triangle beam so that the side under the lifting ear is vertical.

(3) Install the movable beam head section. Align the connection position with the tail section, use the backing plate to support the other end, keep the joint seam of the head section and the tail section in a vertical state, and weld the connection position.

(4) Install the transmission part. The part of the transmission trolley is hoisted on the head section of the movable beam, so that the driving roller is perpendicular to the centerline of the track, the horizontal plane connecting bolt and the vertical plane reaming bolt are installed, and the backing plate supported under the movable beam is taken out.

(5) Install the auxiliary beam. In order to facilitate installation, the connecting parts of the sub-beam are spot welded in one body. During installation, according to the needs of the situation, some connection points can be disassembled to facilitate the installation of bolts. After all the connecting bolts of the auxiliary beam are installed and tightened in place, all the connections of the auxiliary beam are finally welded.

(6) Install the scraper. Arrange the positions according to the sequence number of the assembly drawing, and weld the scraper under the movable beam. Pay attention to the directionality when installing, and the rotation direction of the movable beam is clockwise. The arc surface of the scraper is the forward direction. The scraper and the center line of the movable beam form an angle of about 50°, and the distance between the high and low ends of the scraper is basically the same as the inclined bottom of the thickening tank. The clearance between the lower edge of all scrapers and the inclined bottom of the thickening tank should be basically the same. The gap value should be in the range of 40mm~80mm. Check the gap between the scraper and the inclined bottom by one rotation. The minimum point should be 40mm. If there is interference, the scraper can be cut lower. If the gap is too large, welding can be used as appropriate. The scraper should be distributed symmetrically and evenly under the movable beam, turning around once, and the scraper should have "full scraping" performance. If the scraper cannot be scraped, the scraper in certain positions can be lengthened as appropriate.

(7) Check all welded parts of the movable beam, and repair welds where there are missing welds or insufficient weld strength. Check the connecting bolts between the driving trolley and the movable beam, and all tighten them to prevent loosening.

5. Install the fixed beam part

(1) Install the fixed beam bracket on the concrete table by the thickening pool, and hang the anchor bolts.

(2) Lift the fixed beam and connect it with the installed central support part with bolts. Align the position of the fixing bracket on the concrete table, and fix the anchor bolts with 1:2 grout.

6. Install the slurry inlet pipe or chute on the fixed beam to the central slurry inlet pipe of the central support part. During production, the pulp enters the central cavity of the supporting part and flows into the thickening tank along the cement column. The installation slope of the fixed beam is above 5%. It can meet the general slope requirements of gravity flow pipelines. If the particle size of the slurry is relatively coarse and the slope is required to be greater, the slope of the fixed beam can be increased as appropriate to meet the needs.

7. Install the cable. There are two cable joint positions in the center support part. A ring joint is installed in the center bracket, and the lead wire of the ring joint is led out from the pipe of the inclined cover. This joint should be connected to the control cabinet, and the cable connected to the control cabinet is laid on the fixed beam. The collector connector that slides along the ring connector leads out the wiring from the hole on the rotating round shell. This connector is connected to the motor, and the motor cable should be laid on the movable beam. Check for "short circuit", "phase missing", "leakage", "open circuit", etc., and eliminate all faults to ensure safe electricity use.

8. Thoroughly remove all the dirt in the thickener to ensure safe production and no contamination of concentrated products.

9. Install ancillary equipment. Mainly include: slurry pipeline, overflow water discharge pipeline, and concentrate discharge equipment such as pipelines, valves, sand pumps, etc. In order to ensure continuous production, the pumping station that discharges the concentrate should be “double matching” connected by a three-way pipe and a valve. When one of them fails, it should be able to start the operation of the standby pump station and carry out overhaul at the same time. The pumping station should have a high-pressure water recoil device.
